Handcrafted at our facility in Southern Belize our team uses fresh grown cacao beans sourced from over 150 local subsistence cacao growers. The beans are collected fresh from the farms and transported to our processing facility where they are fermented and dried according to strict quality protocol. This model guarantees the bars are made with only the best-selected cacao beans.
